Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on every order. Orders don't ship on the same day they are placed. US delivery usually takes 7–15 working days after dispatch (Canada and Europe 15–25, other countries 20–30), and you will get a tracking number by email.
14-day returns and exchanges. Return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or another size or color. There is no restocking fee. Please email support@velvetella.com before sending anything back.
