These terms apply to your use of velvetella.com and to every order you place with Velvetella. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screen settings can make products look slightly different. Prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another currency, and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or payment cannot be verified; any payment taken will be refunded.

Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges and refunds by our Return Policy.

Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. WELCOME10 is valid once per customer.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Velvetella or its licensors. See our Intellectual Property page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Velvetella is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
